What you need to know for
Online Program Registration
Babylon patrons are now able to register for Children's Programs online from home. You may, of course, also continue to come in to the Children's Department to register.
Out of district patrons may register for programs open to them 2 weeks after registration has begun
IN PERSON ONLY.
1. Be sure your CHILD'S Babylon Library card is up-to-date.
2. On the Children's Happenings page scroll down to find the program for which you wish to register. Click on the registration icon at the end of the program description.
3. Enter your CHILD'S BABYLON library card barcode and password. If you do not already have a password you will be asked to create one.
4. Please adhere to all posted age requirements for programs or the registration will not be valid.
5. Upon registration, you MUST enter your child's age/grade in the note to instructor field or the registration will not be valid.
6. If the program is full you can put your child on the waiting list by clicking on the appropriate button.
7. If you wish to receive a confirmation notice for your programs, you must provide an email address for every child (at the time of registration) if there is not one already on file. You may use the same email for every child in your family. Confirmations will be emailed to you and you may print the page at home if you wish.
8. If you have any questions about which programs your child is registered for, go to our website, http://www.babylonlibrary.org and click on View Your Library Account, scroll down and click Sign In. Then enter the registrant's barcode and password. This will display all the programs that child is registered for.
9. Please make sure that your phone number is updated in your record in case we need to contact you about your programs.
10. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the children's department at 669-1624.
